Michael Gabelli is Managing Director at Gabelli & Partners. He serves as President of Gabelli & Partners, LLC, where he is responsible for the business affairs of the Alternative Investment Group. In addition, Gabelli serves as Director of Global Business Development for GAMCO. Prior to his current position at Gabelli, he served various investment roles on merger arbitrage and value portfolios. Gabelli started his career in finance as an equity research salesperson for Bear Stearns, Inc in 2003. Gabelli earned an MBA from Columbia University in 2009, an MS in Finance from New York University in 2005, and a BA from Boston College in 2000.
